windows form C# - doubt

i have one form , inside it , there is a menu strip ,
the menu strip consist three menus object or button.
for example -1- employee information,2-leave information and 3-utility.
Now, if i click employee information button then a new page should be open which consist some textboxes and other field.
take an example of ms office when we click "new" in menu , a page is open.

plz suggest me some hint about what to study for this features or plz write the code for this with explanation.
