    can anyone tell me how can i make a software that communicates with icq. i mean if i have icq installed, how can i send message, urls and chat with other people using my OWN program.

    Why don't you write your own program similar to ICQ using the winsock control.

    well, i can make a program LIKE icq, but i want to connect to the icq network. so thats why i need to know the icq api's for VB.
