Help Exam

Hello, i need help with my exam projects that i had received.
I'm learning on a program named Erasmus in Chech republic and here they are learning C# infront us, and i cannot make this exam cause i don't know so much C# language , in my country we had just started , so can someone help me make this exam so i can pass my subject

here is the information:
здравейте, нуждая се от някой който повече разбира от C# за проекта/курсовата ми, в момента съм по програма в чужбина и тук изучават C# за напреднали не съвпада със паралелката с която уча в българия и няма как да знам как да направя тази курсова работа, ако някой може да помогне ще съм му благодарен (translation: Hello, I need someone more understood by the C # project / course me, now I'm in a program abroad and here learn C # Advanced does not coincide with the class in which studying in Bulgaria and would not know how to do this coursework if anyone can help I would appreciate it)
условието: (condition

- make a program for generation PWM for servo controlling (pulse width
from 1 to 2 ms, period 20ms), pulse width is controlled by analogue voltage.

- make program which reads internal eeprom and it counts amount of
lower, upper character, and number

- make program which reads internal eeprom and it converts lower case to
upper case character
