Does anyone know any SendMessage commands, that I can use to send to the System Tray, like how to tell the System Tray to refresh, and get the number of icons in the Tray.

Aaaand...does anyone know how to start the System Tray without starting Explorer as the shell, like in LiteStep, you have the System Tray without habing loaded the Explorer shell.....please help me.
