I recognise a few names of people who helped/put up with my requests back in the day.

I don't do coding any more (probably just as well!), but wanted to come back to see if its still going as strongly as it once was. I'm not disappointed

Yeah, I remember you, though you predate me.

Some would say that it is not going quite as strong as it was. People are a bit more staid and moderate than some of the wackier stuff in the past. I'm not sure that I agree with that. All you have to read is the AI thread, and it is right up there with some of the crazier threads of past years.

In answer to your question .. ha ha .. I'm afraid I have. I never was much of a coder, so had to do somethign to pay the bills

Much the same as ever. I swapped my London job for a local one, but that's about it. Now that I think about it, I'm a little disappointed at the lack of variety in my life.
