Does anyone know an API function the same as BitBlt that lets you use more than 2 images? Also, does anyone know an API function the same as BitBlt but uses GIFs or JPGs rather than BMPs?

I'm not really any help with this just pointing out that gif and jpg is a way to store graphix in files by compression so they cannot be manipulated in that state
Use
