Winsock to get info from the net...

I want my program to, when logging in, to goto a specific place on the net and download a list and ut it in a listbox, also it needs to download other information related to it, but not show it yet, how can i do this, all the winsock tutorials i found on cover networkign and not the internet

Attached is a winsock example i wrote for another ques on vb q & a, for downloading stuff off of the net. It also supports file resuming.
