I want to know where I can get a good book on Visual C++ 6.0 Enterprise. Thank you.

You don't need a book to learn VC++'s interface. Also MFC is no good. Learn pure C++. You will need a C++ book. See the FAQ for links.

yes
First learn C++ and I dont suggest that you learn MFC because that hides lots of code from you so you dont understand any Windows API call. After learning C++, I suggest that you learn Windows API if you want to program in winodws. Get a book with the title like "Programming window", "Programming using Windows API"
