hi,
i want to know, is it neccessacy to link text box with the interface even when u know that the access will be in the server or code with the interface so that it find the server manually
i would like to use lan network.

I still don't understand. Are you talking about using the textbox to enter the Connection String or are you going to use the Textboxes to display the data in the database tables. What does does any of this have to do with Reports, this is the Reporting forum.
