I have used a few but Process Monitor for one has saved me countless times and has proven to be an invaluable tool for our service desk too. You can dump a result set to a text file then import into say MS-Access, write SQL against the results to slim down the results for seeking key information on issues related to one process. Within PM you can setup to monitor one process but there is so much information recorded that dumping to MS-Access is best.
