Moderators - for one or more specific forums, can do things like edit/delete/move posts, make threads sticky, etc. They can also ban users.
Super Moderators - can do the same, but for all forums.
Admins - can do the above (but usually don't), plus extra forum based tasks (eg: make somebody a Moderator), and do things like editing the HTML etc of the site.
raghunanthan isn't new, but I can't remember any details.
