Hi, not sure if this is the best place to ask but I have a client who needs a pretty basic website with a user login area. Users will be able to login and access a form and in turn fill in some info and attach very sensitive info in the form of pdf/tif files etc.

I would like to ask others what CMS can provide the 'best' security or what I should be looking for to make sure I have the most secure system possible?
