Oracle 11g XE + VB2010 Express

I made an application using VB 2010 express and Oracle 11g r2 express.
I really don't know anything else about oracle except for SQL statements and the proper connection string. I was just told to make this application.
I will be deploying the app on Windows 2003. What do I have to install on my client PC?

I have been developing on my laptop. Here's my current situation:
Laptop Info:
-Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
-Visual Basic 2010 Express
-Oracle 11g R2 Express (Release 11.2.0.2.0)

Client
-Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition
-Fresh install, I haven't installed


Note:
On a previous trial installation I installed my app but got an error about OracleDataAccess not being on GAC. I tried looking for answers on google but unfortunately, I dont even know what to ask because of my lack of background on oracle.

Someone was already helping me on this forum, but my thread got deleted after a few hours.
