    Maintain the descent angle (which should be decent, not too steep), maintain the required flight speed, get your landing gear out, lower the flaps and as you approach the runway, lift the nose just a little up so the belly wheels touchdown first, and then the nosewheel. Cut all the power and apply brakes.

    If you make it out of the cabin alive, it was a good touchdown.
