[VB6] - error's from no where:(

i don't know why i'm reciving an error message("the memory can't be read"), whe i put my control in form
i don't get it. before was perefect and now gives me these stupid error and closes my vb6
can anyone advice me?
and, every time that i open the groupproject gives me an error file not found. but i don't have it in references and in toolbor

wow... my experiency and imagination take me to the solution.
my problem was some controls that i use, they was registed, but something was incorrect and closed my vb6.
how can i avoid references\components errors, like these?
