Hola,
I've got a nifty little program I'm workin' on, and I want to add an option to it. It deals with the whole SetWindowLong api, and with a little bit of guess and check (and plenty of computer crashin' to go around), I've been able to manipulate a specific window to be resizable, non-resizable, etc.. However, the coding it kinda crude, and I'm not quite sure if I'm doing it right. Other than that, it works except that it doesn't refresh the window, so it looks odd. The only way I've been able to refresh it is by minimizing. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Possibly tell me what all of those constants can do with the SetWindowLong API? Heh, it's not really desperately needed, but it'd be cool to have, and I had to make fun of all the people who sound like they're gonna die if they don't get some code immediately. Anyhow, first winner has the option of taking home some of that free computer crashin' if they really wanna!! Thanks.

Do you really think it's appropriate to make fun of people who need help?

Only those that don't realize that the world will exist if they don't get a specific piece of information within twenty seconds of their post. Before the internet, people had to correspond via snail mail, you know, and that meant weeks of waiting. The whole idea Phobic is making fun of is the impatience of these people who expect instantaneous gratification.
Wouldn't Refresh.Me work?

Yeah, Me.Refresh was my first attempt. No effect, captian.

Oh ok. Just a little thought (and poorly expressed at that). You can make fun of me if you want.

No not at all! It was worth a shot, besides, I just admired you for your comment.
Thanks anyways, anyone else please?

Ok, nevermind, I've got the SetWindowLong all set up for my form's handle, but I can't seem to get it to work on others... any ideas?

Some of those people may need help with their App for college or something that is urgent.
Do u really think your cool making fun of them?
What if that was you and you needed it pronto?

surely if it was a college worth going to, people would ask their tutors if they had a problem.
