It should have an image property... all you should need to do is set the image accordingly.... you might also need to change another property to "Icon only" or "Image only" ... don't know what the property would be... depends on which ribbon control you're using... but if you look through the properties, experiment a little bit, or read the documentation for the ribbon, you should be able to find it.

Oh... yes you can... I've used their ribbon before... you can certainly add an image... otherwise, what good would it be? look through the properties of the item... it's going to have an image or icon property... might even be called picture, but it's there...
