F1 India Grand Prix Finally Over: A grand success

The maiden F1 race in India came to a successful conclusion. No goof ups, slip ups or whatever ups there can be to describe things going wrong. No complaints about the track or the racing conditions (except the dust issue which was taken care of by the organizers). Overall we can safely say it was glitch free.

After the fiasco called the Commonwealth Games, this is a moment that should make India proud.

I wouldn't say that the dust issue was taken care of, but it was tolerable and can be sorted out properly next year (using pressure washers etc, as they have done at the dusty Bahrain track).

That was the only issue of any significance tho (on or off track), and overall I have to say that in terms of the work done (and remaining) it is definitely the best brand-new track I have seen... and the circuit itself is pretty good too.

It certainly is something to be proud of.
