Vb6 & Windows 8
will vb6 apps run on the Windows 8 ? Do you know ?
I found a pic about it.

i think the vb6 runtime files will be downloadable, but not installed by default.
either way there are plenty of topics about the same subject on this forum, if you only use the search feature.

VB6 programs run fine on Windows 8 Developer Preview. The runtime libraries are present just as in Windows 7, Vista, etc. We do not know what will be in Windows 8 RTM yet, no plans have been announced one way or the other.
If people would stop spreading rumors we wouldn't go through this every time a new Windows comes out.
