I pronounce it to rhyme with "grey poupon". Or rather the help does. I seldom have to pronounce things myself these days.

Ah, for me then it's more like aw than oh.

I don't know what all I can make from the back of my throat apart from lumps of white/brownish stuff, but I shall try and produce this sound from there as well.
