migrating an .exe to an activex document for web

I have a VB .exe that I just built that I'd like to migrate to the web. Is there an easy way to do this, or should i just start from scratch. It has many forms and accesses an Access mdb. It also currently automates Excel and Word, but I can take that out and make do with some html code (would it be possible to leave that automation in?). I just started looking into ActiveX documents and noticed that VB6 has a migration wizard to convert to .vbd's. Am I looking in the right direction? Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Greg

Yes, you are correct. Use the "ActiveX Document Migration Wizards"
