I want to do a project for my college. Features are following..

Separate Small program for license control
Open currency, open menu
Unlimited accounting year with or without year end
Modular additional modules – Time Attendance, Stock Control,
Report customisation

Report:-
Student, Parent, Teacher, Subject, Profit by category, overdue, stock, time attendance

I do not have enough knowledge in VB. Im always doing website developing and deigning..

If anyone can, plz help me a reasonable amount will be paid...
