Excel special boarder Macro

When you say "MACRO" that is a popular term of reference for a VBA Macro which is not VB.Net. Depending upon which language you are using we can move this thread if needed.

You could start with recording a macro in Excel and using that however you need albeit in VBA or .Net

I am usually use Excel 2007 and establish some MACROs to solve the application problem, I'm not using VB.NET and not familiar with VB, but some experience with VBA. I try to record the MACRO but it doesn't give me the result.

Ok, what is the expected or desired action/result? Looks like you want a selected cell to become bolded or heavyweight border?
