    Help writing userform data to seperate sheet

    Can someone help me write the userform data to a seperate worksheet.

    I'm stuck on the worker type - If the user selects other
    I have another textbox displayed.
    So if worker type is "Other" I'd like the value loaded to be
    Other - otherbox.value

    Since I have 7 instances for each block - I can't fiquare out how to code for each section when the other is found.

    Can anyone help?
