howto extract One file(my own file) from zip archive.
(dont use winzip.exe)

example:
i want to extract androidmanifest.xml from attached zip file.

you can use a windows shell object to unzip files

Set sh = CreateObject("shell.application")
Set dest = sh.namespace("C:\test")
dest.copyhere sh.namespace("c:\temp\file.zip").parsename("androidmanifest.xml")

change paths to suit

unlike other copy methods shell does not care it will just copy all

note shell object treats zip files like folders

specific about what, just change file and folder names to suit
