keep losing my keyboard shortcuts in Office 2010
Every time I open the VBA editor in Word and paste in the macros from another computer, even though they are the same macros by name (and sometimes plus a few more), after I save these and close, and then close MS Word, the next time I open Word, all the keyboard shortcuts to the macros are gone.
This doesn't happen if I just open the editor and manually edit a macro, only when I select all and paste the same (edited) macros from another computer.
Also, it doesn't happen until after I close Word.
I remember in Office 2003, there was a way to stop this. I could hold down the SHIFT key and go to File > Save All. That is gone in 2007 and 2010.
Does anybody know how I can keep from losing the shortcuts? When I paste in the whole sheet of macros, it's because i've made a lot of changes to them on another computer, and I don't want to retype them just to save my shortcuts.
Alternatively, does anybody know where Word stores the macros, so that I could open a file (presumably part of Normal.Dot) and paste in the shortcut list?
Either way.
Thanks.
