as you might know by now, I work for a company that is in two stages. one side of the company contracts people like me out to clients and the other side works on in-house projects. currently I am working on in-house poject, which is nice as there isn't any travelling etc etc.
I have just had a chat to the lady who deals with all the contract's and there is a role that has just come up for a senior asp developer to oversee other developer's. The client for this role have actually asked for me (where they got my name from, god only knows). the problem is that my company won't let me go on that role as I am needed for this current project. This is an absolute bummer as the role would look great on my CV. Bloody company politics
