The main problem is, as the video points out, is this: We universally try to shove everybody into the college path regardless of whether that's the correct path or not. It's not an issue that going to college is bad, per-se, it's the expectation that everybody should go there.

You want to be a surgeon? Yeah, you need to go to Medical School. (College).
You want to be a successful entrepreneur? Not necessarily so.

Like everything else it's a matter of using the right tool to do the job. College, if used as the right tool, can be a good thing. However, the college system has become like a hammer: to the hammer everything looks like a nail.
