Programmer(s) Needed
Need someone who can design a website where it uses some type of platform like Java that would allow for a picture to be scrollable inwards and outwards. Where you could also click at other pictures/images inside of the picture and have it bring up another page with info. In addition, would also need to have credit card system working and store a bunch of data. The picture that is scrollable and able to click on other images must be easily customizable to allow to switch out other images.
Importance:
-Has to look neat and professional.
-Operates smoothly and quickly.
Looking right now for an estimate if this would be easily done and possible and of course the cost.

Re: Programmer(s) Needed
For starters, take a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Product...ments_document
Product overview and use cases
Requirements, including
functional requirements (e.g. what a product should do)
usability requirements
technical requirements (e.g. security, network, platform, integration, client)
environmental requirements
support requirements
interaction requirements (e.g. how the software should work with other systems)
How does a credit card get involved? I like how you just threw in a CC system with, "In addition...". Once you say CC, you better be checking out PCI Compliance.
I remember hearing a manager say, "Programmers are a dime a dozen". Looks like no one is touching this with a 10 foot pole.
Maybe http://www.volusion.com/ can help you?

Engineer - I think we should put our website address on our paper catalogs.
Vice President - Don't get too excited about this internet thing.
I am sorry, but the Oracle was mistaken. You cannot help us.

I'm doing a (free) operating system (just a hobby, won't be big and professional like gnu) for 386(486) AT clones. ... and it probably never will support anything other than AT-harddisks, as that's all I have :-(.

Question. Do you know that the character "?" means I'm asking a question? Question. Do you know that spoken inflection also provides the same cue? So please don't say, "Question" before you ask your question. Believe me I'll know.
That said, I would have said this first if it had to precede what I'm telling you now. Having said that, what I'm telling you now is the same thing I just said about the annoying phrases "That said" and "Having said that".
Are you threatening me, Master Jedi?
