Outlook2000 - Help Needed!

The problem with creation time is that it can be manipulated by the user. I need something rock-solid that can't be changed, like a unique identification number. Even a simple counter that's incremented with each ContactItem, it will be unique. That's the kind of thing I'm looking for..
