Resolved [RESOLVED] Strange 'problem' with a particular thread

I've responded to this thread http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=651485 and ever since I did I can't access it.

Well, I can, but IE seems to go into some sort of loop consuming 50%, at least, of the CPU and gobbles up memory (over 330 Mb and counting!).
It only happens on that particular thread - I can read and reply to others with no problems.

I assume that it's something 'local' or is there a misbehaving Ad somewhere ?
    I've cleared cache etc.

    Strange

Can you access the thread using another browser (IE a non-Internet Explorer browser)?
when you quote a post could you please do it via the "Reply With Quote" button or if it multiple post click the "''+" button then "Reply With Quote" button.
If this thread is finished with please mark it "Resolved" by selecting "Mark thread resolved" from the "Thread tools" drop-down menu.

Thanks for that. I've only got IE at the moment but I've just tried to access the thread on another computer using IE and it works fine !

Must be something very local to this machine. Perhaps Flash needs updating or something like that.

EDIT: I'll mark as resolved as it's obviously not a Forum issue.
