Setup Issue

Guys any idea why my setup is not working on some pc and throwing this error.
Please let me know if you have any idea on this error?

Is the right version of the .Net Framework installed on the client machine?
Are you using references to some OS Dll's that might be or not included on different versions of windows?
Are the machines using the same service pack for the OS, same service pack for the .Net Framework targeted application?

In a nutshell, would you please provide some information on the configuration of the machines where your setup works and where it doesn't?
