I have been experiencing problems with certain controls (Common Dialog). Also, my API Viewer would not load the text file or database file.

To solve the problem - go to this site:

Download the five files(50 mb in total) which make up the Service Pack 3. Yes, it will propably takes half of the day, but it will fix all bugs for the entire Visual Studio. If you have only VB, it will still work.

Those who are having similar problems with the Common Dialog Licening, try to open your API Viewer and load the WinAPI32 Text file or WinAPI32 Database File. If I am correct, it will not load anything. If that is the case, download these 5 files and it will take care of the problem.
