Not sure of you can have whatever you want in the B-serie (168), but I don't think so.

is this ur answer?
umm i only know 2 ranges that are reserved and suitable for LAN's.
169.254.###.1 -> 169.254.###.254
and
10.135.###.1 -> 10.135.###.254
but normally any range of addresses can be used in a LAN. but if ur picky, the above are normally used.

There's at least one range for each of class A, B, and C. I believe they are
10.*.*.*
192.168.*.*
172.16.*.* thru 172.31.*.* (?)

Get these: Mozilla Opera OpenBSD
I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.
