very serious problem pls. help

Hi All.

I want to make a programe and put it on the server(proxy)which can do the following things.

1) trap the in comming request for internet connection.
2) at what time the particular user is connected on the internet
3) what is the disconnect time of that user
4) what are the sites open by the user.


I hope anyone will surely help me out

I set up MS ISA Server 2000 as a proxy on my network, and it'll log enough info to interpolate 2,3,&4 on that list...
