Seeing my laptop windowed on my desktop
I have my laptop and my desktop sitting right next to each other. I hate having to switch between the two. I would like to see my laptop in a window on my desktop. Problem is my desktop is on a corporate network behind a firewall. My laptop is on an open network where nothing is blocked.
I have a kvm switch, but it only allows you to use one or the other with the same set of kb, mice, and monitors. I want to use both at the same time. Is there any kind of kvm switch or product where I could see my laptop windowed on my desktop?

If they're both connected to the internet you can use TeamViewer.

Forgive my impertinence, but would just having them next to each other do exactly what you're after, but better?
By desktop, I assume you mean desktop monitor?
Do you want to control your laptop from your desktop or just use your desktop monitor to see what's going down on the laptop?

What version of windows are you running? You can remote into it using various utilities, but you loose a lot of response. I don't think its really worth it.
