Looking up data

Hello Everyone:

I am trying to get data from one table into another table. If you enter a name in table one I want to be able to then have other data from table 2 fill in the rest of table 1. Something like address, city & state. I have done this before, but I can’t remember what it is called to look it up.

Any Ideas?
