The RC of IE9 is out for download, and one key feature is they added the ability to put the tabs on a row below the address bar. That was probably my biggest gripe with the new browser. A few other quirks still exist, but overall seems very good.

Rumor has it Win7 phone may get an IE9 version in one of the upcoming updates.
