    Installer 3.1 and 4.5

    I saw in Prerequisites that both, Windows Installer 3.1 and Windows Installer 4.5 are checked. Do I need both them (i think it's better to use 4.5 cause it's newer )

    I could be wrong but I don't think that 4.5 is supported on XP.

    So, my application is not working on any system below Win7, so does this mean I can remove 3.1 from setup ?
