[RESOLVED] Unresolved threads
Just a suggestion but it might be nice if we could search/ filter out threads we created that are unresolved, I think this might encourage people to close older threads they forgot about.

Re: Unresolved threads
Thanks but we'd have to change the underlying software to do that and unless there's a very good reason to do something like that we don't. You could however try the following Google search.
fishguy -resolved site:vbforums.com

Re: [RESOLVED] Unresolved threads
You can already do it in vBulletin software!
- Keyword: -resolved
- [Search Titles Only]
- Username: FishGuy
- [Find Threads Started by User]
- Show results as Threads
- Select the forums you want to check.
And if you want to do this often you can click Go button @ [Save Search Preferences] below the actual search form.

Thanks, I never knew you could use the "-" in vBulletin searches.

It's not that you "can't" but One Shouldn't
You will never get the expected results because the titles will have [RESOLVED] and not -resolved
You might also end us getting the BAD GATEWAY error.
I use Google as you suggested as it is much much faster

Are you aware that in Google searches that -resolved means "don't include items that contain the word resolved"?

Re: [RESOLVED] Unresolved threads
That I was not aware of
But as it is when I need to search, for example, in this case I would have searched for
koolsid vbforums.com [RESOLVED]

As that will only search vbforums.com. Your previous search would search other sites as well.

Re: [RESOLVED] Unresolved threads
I found this site: http://boardreader.com/
It seems to index everything from VBForums and is able to give search results much faster than this forum's own search. It is also able to tell that I'm one of the TOP 10 contributors in the Classic VB forum within the past weeks...
