Make a platform

I made this Thread,because I have a few questions about BitBlt.
I already make my character move left,right and jump,but now I want to draw a platform where he can step and move around for example:

I will be very thankkfull if someone answer or give me something to read.

And one another question:
Let's say i have a form where add my hero, my blocks and the others things. How can I do that when the hero move left, the left side of the form to show the other part of the platform little by little ?
