3rd party application not responding

Does anybody know if there's a way to find if the 3rd party application is hang, not responding...i try to seach around the forum but can't find the answer. Thanks

i just want to check if it hang then i can close it. Any help would be appreciate, i would try Findwindow and find the "not responding" but what if the windows is in foreign language
