I remember reading in the news a few months back about a wheelchair getting stuck to the front of a truck (an 18 wheeler) and the truck driver unknowingly driving away. Imagine if the truck was doing 60mph on a freeway where 60mph is well within the speed limits, will the man in the wheelchair be booked for going above the speed limit? Wheelchairs can't be riding at 60mph on freeways!
