    Deploying project with Crystal Reports 2008

    I just finished my first vb.net windows application and I am now ready to deploy it. I can create the deployment package using the deployment setup wizard. However it does not include my crystal report files or the runtime components needed for crystal reports 2008. I have the full version of crystal reports 2008 and need to know how to include this in my setup project so that it will deploy my reports and the runtime requirements of Crystal Reports 2008.
