What is it called and how do you do the thing that WinAMP does when you move each of it's forms... when you move it, and it gets close to another form, they automatically get together. Kinda hard to explain.. but please let me know.

Winamp refers to it as the windows snapping to each other, although you could always make up other names. Try: (stick, lock, grab, snap, clip) + onto windows.
Consult your local Thesaurus!

To do that you will have to mess with the form positioning.
Properties like:
Left and Top.
