Re: excel button
Hello IVO
Yes, it can be done.
1. Save this excel to defined folder with defined name (folder is defined in this button (e.g. ~MyDocuments\Reports) event and excel name is taken from two fields in excel)
Readup on Activeworkbook.Saveas
2. Send this saved document to predefined email address (e.g. opens Outlook or outlook express with this attachment, email address and some subject - user only sends)
Search VBF on how to interact with Outlook from Excel. There are plenty of examples.
Hm... How difficult can this be?
Depends on how well versed are you with Excel/Outlook VBA... but if you know your stuff then it is very easy...
A good exercise for the Heart is to bend down and help another up...
