    What app is best for flowchart drawings, where can i download it?

    Depends

    If you are looking for something really cheap, MS Word has some flowcharting capability in it's draw view.

    If you want to pay, Visio is the program I use.

    Visio if possible, I used micrografx flowcharter sometimes too.
