multiple entries as a single transaction?
Hi,
Can multiple items in, say, a delivery receipt be given an identical transaction ID? (So it'd look like on one event, there were three products delivered, and they would be given, say, Transaction ID number 1:
Transaction ID Date Price Quantity Particulars
1 9/28/2010 3:00 P.M. 10.00 5 Scissors
1 9/28/2010 3:00 P.M. 25.00 10 Pens
1 9/28/2010 3:00 P.M. 25.00 50 Notebooks
Can this be possibly "automated"?
Sorry if I can't be understood. Thanks.

Re: multiple entries as a single transaction?
Depends on the database design and implementation. I would suggest to look at the code and try to make the change on a test database. If you get stuck on any part of it post it here.
