    My school is awesome!

    Aside from an epic fibre connection we also get free 'academic' licenses of Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate and Windows 7 Pro.

    I also saw an academic license for MS Songsmith
    Delete it. They just clutter threads anyway.

    Yah, i got free copies of VS 10 and SQL server through the academic alliance in my school. Definitely a nice perk to have with an IS degree.
    Where I'm from we only have one bit of advice for new comers: "If you hear banjos, turn and run".

    I can get everything from DreamSpark, pretty nice too. No Windows though
