Now I've posted the image to the VBForum's Support Images forum. Let's hope this works:

Well it was no good giving the URL of the message in the Images forum. This time I'm copying the URL from the top of the Manage Attachments window:

Nothing in preview. If posting this doesn't work I'm going to have to ask.

Found this thread #4 which says something about attachment properties. Let's see what I can find in the Attachments window.Nope, but that was FireFox. How about IE? Yes, right click on the file name gives a Properties window with the URL. Back to FireFox. I'll try Copy Link Location:

Here we go again. Yes, it works in Preview! But it looks like the attachment is still there so maybe I have to remove it.

To sum up, to insert a Local Image,
1. Manage Attachments
2. browse for the image and upload it
3. right click on the uploaded file name
4a. in FireFox, select Copy Link Location.
4b. in IE, select Properties and Ctrl-C the URL.
5. remove the attachment
6. click the Insert Image button and paste in the URL.
If you are reading this: don't you have anything better to do ?
